Cub Scouts (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)
What Is Cub Scouts About
Cub Scouts is an active program for boys and girls in kindergarten through fifth grade that encourages learning, friendship—and most of all—getting out and having fun! With an emphasis on outdoor events, small gatherings, and activities with family, Cub Scouts is a great way to let your kids safely socialize, learn, and have fun. And Cub Scouts is for the whole family. Parents are encouraged (required for K-1st) and younger siblings are always welcome.
From big adventures outdoors to small activities indoors, there’s something for everyone to do and enjoy in the Cub Scouts. First night camping in a tent, making smores, cooking on a campfire, catching your first fish, hitting your first bullseye, building your first Pinewood Derby car, paddling in a canoe or kayak for the first time, enjoying a wide variety of STEM, fitness, and games, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in Cub Scouts.
You are welcome to join any Pack - no matter where you go to school - at any point in the year!

Scouts BSA (ages 11-17)
Joining Scouts BSA is an excellent way for young people to get excited about the great outdoors. Scouting is where boys and girls ages 11 through 17 develop leadership skills, a passion for service, and experience personal growth while participating in fun challenges and adventures with other Scouts.
Monthly camping trips, rockclimbing, whitewater rafting, hiking the Appalachian Trail (and local areas), and working together as a patrol to do everything. Troops are youth-led, so it's up to each Troop what they want to do next!
